I can totally relate to this! While juggling PGCE assignments and preparing for teaching practice, I also had to manage some tight deadlines. It got overwhelming at times, especially when I had to do my online exam in between. Breaking things into smaller parts and sticking to a schedule really helped me stay on track and not panic.
