I was promised that a letter outlining my funding denial would be sent to me in a span of 7 to 10 days. The letter arrived last evening, stating that the credit bureau had reported my death. Why am I being reported as deceased by the credit bureau even though I am still alive? For my application to be accepted, how can I demonstrate that I am alive? When I attempted to contact the bank, they informed me that they were unable to authorize anything as long as I had this statement on my report. Is it necessary for me to seek legal counsel? Does anyone in Alabama have a positive experience to share?
