Return Policy:

We’re sorry to hear you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn’t quite right, we gladly accept non-consumable returns within 30 days of purchase for most items in new and unused condition.

How to Make a Return:

• Contact our Customer Service team through our website. Please include the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
• Once you receive return instructions, carefully repack the item(s) using the original packaging.
• Drop off your return at your local post office.
• Most returns are processed within 7–14 business days of receipt.
  • Your exchange will be issued once the original package has been returned, processed and confirmation email of receipt of item has been confirmed, or
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method, and a confirmation email will be sent once your refund is complete.

Return Conditions:

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.

• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
• Items marked as non-returnable or free gifts cannot be returned.
• Returns without a proper request through Customer Service will not be accepted.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Freight To Collect (FTC) is not supported.
• Please double-check your return package before shipping. We are not responsible for items that were not purchased from our store.

Note: Original shipping fees and any shipping guarantee fees are non-refundable.
